Is there free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $150 (after discounts and before taxes). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
When do orders ship?
Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
What carriers does Hambino use?
We ship via UPS or USPS.
Is there international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
Email us at hello@hambinomedia.com and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Final sale and promotional items are not eligible for return.
- Items must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the day you received your shipment
- All items must be unworn with tags attached.
When making a return, please do the following:
- Put the items you are returning in the original packaging and seal it up.
- Stick the prepaid return shipping label on the box, removing any previous labels.
- Get the package to the shipping carrier on your return shipping label.
Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track the return. We can’t refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
How do I make an exchange?
To initiate your exchange, email hello@hambinomedia.com and we will send a prepaid return shipping label. Final sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
