When will my order ship?

You can expect your order to ship In 7-10 business days after purchase.

How do I make a return?

We gladly accept returns. Email us at hello@hambinoathletics.com to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  • Items must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the day you received your shipment
  • The cost of shipping will be deducted from the return amount
  • All items must be unworn with tags attached.

When making a return, please do the following:

  1. Put items you are exchanging in the original packaging and seal it up.
  2. Stick the prepaid return shipping label on the box, removing any previous labels.
  3. Get the package to the shipping carrier on your return shipping label.

Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. Only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track the return. We can’t refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

Returns are processed within 5 days of receipt.

How do I make an exchange?

To initiate your exchange, email hello@hambinoathletics.com and we will send a free prepaid return shipping label.

  • Items must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the day you received your shipment
  • All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for exchange

Once you receive your free prepaid return shipping label, do the following:

Where is my item?

You will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your item ships.

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to manage any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier for any issues regarding your delivery.

Where do we ship?

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders, the price is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. We are unable to provide customs and duties estimates. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refund, but for store credit only, minus the initial shipping costs.
