When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.
How do I make a return?
Final sale items, discounted items, and worn or washed merchandise are not eligible for return. Certain limited edition or promotional items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Email us at hello@hambinomedia.com to receive a prepaid shipping label.
- Items must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the day you received your shipment.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- All items must be unworn with tags attached.
When making a return, please do the following:
- Put items you are returning in the original packaging and seal it up.
- Stick the prepaid return shipping label on the box, removing any previous labels.
- Get the package to the shipping carrier on your return shipping label.
Returns are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track the return. We can’t refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
How do I make an exchange?
To initiate your exchange, email hello@hambinomedia.com and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Items must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the day you received your shipment
- All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for exchange
Once you receive your return shipping label, do the following:
- Put items you are exchanging in the original packaging and seal it up.
- Stick the prepaid return shipping label on the box, removing any previous labels.
- Get the package to the shipping carrier on your return shipping label.
Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Only send exchanges using our prepaid return shipping labels so that we can track the shipment. We can’t exchange a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return shipping labels.
Where is my item?
You will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your item ships.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hambino Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes for Canadian orders may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. We are unable to provide customs and duties estimates. If you refuse a shipment due to customs duties or taxes, the order will not be refunded. Store credit may be issued at our discretion, minus original shipping costs and any return shipping or customs charges incurred.
