Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
We gladly accept returns. Email us at hello@hambinomedia.com to receive a prepaid shipping label. Final sale items, discounted items, and worn or washed merchandise are not eligible for return.
- Items must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the day you received your shipment.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- All items must be unworn with tags attached.
When making a return, please do the following:
- Put items you are returning in the original packaging and seal it up.
- Stick the prepaid return shipping label on the box, removing any previous labels.
- Get the package to the shipping carrier on your return shipping label.
Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Only send returns using our prepaid return labels so that we can track the return. We can’t refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
How do I make an exchange?
To initiate your exchange, email hello@hambinomedia.com and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Final sale items, discounted items, and worn or washed merchandise are not eligible for exchange.

Once you receive your free prepaid return shipping label, do the following:
- Put items you are exchanging in the original packaging and seal it up.
- Stick the prepaid return shipping label on the box, removing any previous labels.
- Get the package to the shipping carrier on your return shipping label.
Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Only send exchanges using our prepaid return shipping labels so that we can track the shipment. We can’t exchange a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return shipping labels.
